Laguna is located in a quiet part, away from the noisy centre and at the same time on a walking distance to some of the most famous restaurants and bars. 

 Location:   Laguna is situated in the northwestern part of Sunny Beach, 400 meters to the beach and 1200 meters to the very center. Public transport is just a couple of minutes away, providing regular buses to Old town of Nessebar, St. Vlas or resort centre. Even not far away from the center of Sunny beach, the area around Laguna is preferred from many guest for its easy access to the most visited and well known attractions of the resort and well developed infrastructure.

 Accommodation:  Laguna offers wide range of studios and one bedroom apartments, all of them cozy and comfortable:

 * studio -  one large  room with kitchen area, extendable sofa bed, double or twin beds, bathroom with shower, suitable for accommodating up to 3 persons;

  * one bedroom apartment- kitchen area, living room with extendable sofa bed, bedroom with double or twin beds, bathroom with shower, suitable for accommodating up to 4 persons;

 * two bedroom apartment - kitchen area, living room with extendable sofa bed,  two bedrooms with double or twin beds, bathroom with shower, suitable for accommodating up to 6 persons;

 About the apartments: The apartments in Laguna are furnished with kitchen, offering possibilities for preparation of fast food, coffee and tea, fridge, air-conditioner, living room with comfortable for relax soft furniture, cable television, dining area, double or twin beds, bathroom with shower, balcony, revealing view to the pool or the nearest surroundings.

 About the complex:  Laguna was  built in 2006, consisting of 2 buildings, each of them 5 storied. There are three entrances, all with elevators. Freshness in the summer time man can find at the pool, divided into main and children’s, those, who preferred not to lose time in preparation of tea or coffee in the apartment, may take the advantage of the hospitality of the café-bar. For guests safety there is 24 hours video surveillance, as well as night security guard. Arriving by car will not be a problem, as there is a  parking. At the reception the kind and helpful staff will offer additional services – internet, safety box, rent-a-car.
