Accommodation: The options for accommodation in Montemar Villas are in two bedroom villas:
 
 *two bedroom villas- separate kitchen, living room with extendable sofa bed, two bedrooms, bathroom with tub or shower cubical, suitable for accommodating up to 6 people;
 
About the villas: All villas are furnished to a high standard with built-in kitchen, bedrooms with double or single beds, satellite TV, air conditioner, spacious living and dining room. Depending on the location of the houses, some of them have a panoramic view of Sunny Beach and the sea.
 
About the holiday village: The complex is closed type with security guards and parking lots. There are swimming pools for use by the guests, surrounded by beautiful gardens with fresh flowers.
