Location: The complex is located in Nessebar, about 100 meters from the beach. The combination of sea climate with forest area around, makes Spectra desirable holiday choice from people, seeking peace and recreation.

Accommodation: The complex consists of a 5-storey building, which has no access to lift and provides possibility for accommodation in apartments with one and two bedrooms:

* one-bedroom apartment - kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom, suitable for accommodating up to 4 people;

* two bedroom apartment - kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bedrooms, bathroom, suitable for accommodating up to 6 people;

About the apartments:  The apartments are comfortable and spacious - dining area with kitchen corner, sofa bed, air conditioning and cable television, large rooms with double or single beds, bathroom, wide balconies with panoramic views.

About the complex:  The complex is completely isolated from the noise and traffic of the city. There is a swimming pool and maintained gardens with flowers, shrubs and grass areas. Close to Specrta there is a food store, making shopping easier.
